Quinton Baily

Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer Dairy Management Inc.

Quinton Baily serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of DMI, where he provides strategic leadership and executive oversight across the organization’s financial, operational, and programmatic functions. In this dual role, Baily is responsible for all financial activities — including reporting, accounting, budgeting, government and tax compliance, and financial planning and analysis — while ensuring adherence to USDA oversight guidelines for DMI, its affiliated dairy entities, and client companies.

Beyond finance, Baily drives alignment between people, systems, and strategy. He also oversees the programmatic operations that deliver on the checkoff’s mission, ensuring resources are effectively managed and initiatives are executed with transparency, accountability, and measurable impact. Through his comprehensive leadership across both the business and program sides of DMI, Baily plays a central role in shaping the organization’s performance, integrity, and long-term success.

Prior to joining DMI in early 2017, Baily worked for many years at Kraft Foods, where he advanced in finance leadership roles in the areas of supply chain, procurement, risk management, investor relations, financial planning and analysis, cash utilization, internal audit, shared services, and category/brand financial stewardship.

Baily began his career in public accounting at Price Waterhouse, where he serviced clients in the areas of real estate investment, manufacturing, and energy. Baily earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois and his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He is also a CPA.
