Hari Meletharayil

As the Vice President of Product Research at Dairy Management Inc., Hari spearheads a range of innovative research initiatives focused on cheese, fermented products, and dairy beverages. In this role, Hari synchronizes operations across multiple dairy centers and cutting-edge innovation labs. These collaborative efforts form a part of a comprehensive national network of technical centers, all with the shared mission of propelling dairy innovation and boosting sales, representing the interests of U.S. dairy farmers.

With over two decades of academic and industry expertise, Hari's background includes influential stints at global giants such as PepsiCo in the United States. Beyond that, he has enriched his portfolio with valuable experiences at Nestle and the esteemed National Dairy Development Board in India. Hari holds a Ph.D. in food science and master’s and bachelor’s degrees in dairy foods.
