Having a strong food safety culture is an important aspect in ensuring that the food a company produces is of the highest quality and safe for consumers to eat. Creating a food safety culture across your company can be an intimidating task, but the resources provided below should help get you started.

The Innovation Center is currently helping dairy companies run “Food Safety Culture” employee assessments and working together to develop shared approaches and tools to improve culture. As of late 2021, 53 U.S. facilities have completed these assessments with the IC and Cultivate and are working on their programs. To learn more please contact tim.stubbs@dairy.org.
