Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large bowl whisk dry ingredients: flours, oats, nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
  2. In medium bowl whisk together eggs, yogurt, milk, butter, banana, almond extract.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients into dry ingredients. If too thick, gradually add more milk.
  4. Heat waffle iron and brush with melted butter or cooking spray.
  5. Pour half cup batter onto heated waffle iron and cook for about 3 minutes or until steam stops.
  6. Top with berries and yogurt or butter and syrup.
